We highly encourage shareholders to vote at least five days prior to the meeting date so the voting can be promptly tallied at the meeting.  If you were a registered shareholder as of June 26, 2023, and wish to vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so by calling 1-800-652-8683. If you hold your shares through an intermediary, such as a bank or broker, and you wish to vote at the meeting, you must contact Computershare no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on August 14, 2023. This is done by submitting proof of your proxy power (legal proxy) reflecting your holdings along with your name and email address. Requests must be labeled as “Legal Proxy”. Forward the email from your broker, or attach an image of your legal proxy, to legalproxy@computershare.com.  You will receive a confirmation email from Computershare.
